August 11, 2009 Beginning on Saturday, August 15, 2009, laws that were approved during the 2009 legislature session will go into effect.  Criminal laws will immediately be enforced with no grace period.  Traffic laws will immediately be enforced, but there will be a grace period allowed by Louisiana State Police.  Motorists that violate a new traffic law from August 15, 2009 through September 30, 2009 will be stopped and issued a warning and provided information.

Since Bob Hoye is one of the few exceptions, it behooves us to pay close attention to the charts. My gut feeling is that the rally is a bit too pat to be the real McCoy, coming as it did off a low that slightly exceeded mid-December’s key bottom at 77.69.

However, the selloff did no damage whatsoever to the hourly chart, and it would take a _____ print to turn bearish. That’s a tick beneath a low made on the way up on August 3.  There are no appealing trades to recommend, not even for night owls, since yesterday’s low merely tested a visually obvious support from August 7…. Member-only content.

They disappeared. We didn’t uninstall Office or anything, but we had a computer guy come and work on the computer, and he messed with the Registry Settings, and when we restarted the computer, the icons were missing and showed the .exe icon instead.
