I just made it though “week 2? of the Couch to 5k program.  I stalled a bit last week while in Florida, only getting one week in since we were pretty much on the go until 9pm each day, and the muggy conditions made outside activity rather unpleasant for much of the day. I did workout 2.1 on Monday the 27th, but didn’t pick up again until this Monday.  This Monday’s run was a little rough, but when I finished run 2.3 today I felt great.   I’ll start week 3 on Friday.  I’m certainly not an expert at it, but the Chi Running method certainly does help me keep the pressure off my lower legs which leads to shin splints.  I can tell when I’m picking up my toes – because it hurts!
